C&M Contractors, Inc. is an aggressive company on the rise! C&M was incorporated in Missouri on August 11, 1995 and is classified as 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business, Hubzone, Woman Owned Small Business, and D.B.E. by the Missouri Department of Transportation. The company has three stockholders: Melinda Vaughn, Charlie Bass, and Cheryl Bass. Our areas of interest include: Audio/Visual, Building Renovation, Excavation, Concrete Flatwork, Sidewalks, Curb and Gutter, Box Culverts, Clearing, Levee Restoration, Commercial Site Preparation and Metal Building Construction. We have completed projects for organizations such as US Army Corp of Engineers, General Services Administration, National Park Service, US Forest Service, Little Rock Air Force Base, Ft. Leonard Wood, Missouri Department of Transportation, Arkansas Highway and Transportation Department, Wal-Mart, Lowe’s, and Ducks Unlimited, Inc.
